The curriculum of the 6th Dean is of utmost importance in the agriculture education in India. 6th Dean's Syllabus Structure 

At the outset, the focus is on the basic sciences such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, communication skills and computer applications. 

These topics provide a solid academic foundation for the advanced agriculture subjects. Students are exposed to specialist courses in agriculture such crop science, soil science, horticulture, genetics, plant pathology, agricultural engineering, agricultural economics, animal sciences, and so on.
