We support AI-assisted writing — but your stories must reflect your genuine voice. Here's exactly what's allowed, what's blocked, and how to keep your score green.
The bar shows your AI probability score. Anything under 40% publishes with no friction. See how real article types score.
Scores are estimates based on writing pattern analysis. Highly structured or formal writing may score higher — even if it's entirely your own. Add variety, anecdotes, and personality to keep your score low.
A simple reference to keep your stories on the right side of our policy.
These techniques genuinely reduce your AI score — and make your writing better at the same time.
Specific memories, experiences, and examples that only you could write. AI can't fake lived experience. Even one real anecdote drops your score significantly.
AI tends to use very consistent, medium-length sentences. Mix short punchy sentences with longer flowing ones. Break the pattern. It works.
Words like "furthermore", "moreover", "consequently" and "in conclusion" are strong AI signals. Replace them with plain connectors: "also", "because of this", "so".
Even if you use AI for the structure, write your introduction and conclusion entirely in your own voice. These sections anchor the reader and your score.
Some content is blocked outright — no matter how low your AI score is. These are hard limits to keep our platform safe and trustworthy.
GuestCountry is built for thoughtful, original creators. These are the kinds of stories that thrive on our platform.
Yes — using AI as a writing assistant is perfectly fine. You can brainstorm, outline, and draft with AI. The key requirement is that your final published article must be at least 60% your own words, voice, and perspective. Think of AI as a collaborator, not a ghostwriter.
Our scanner analyses writing patterns — not just copy-pasted text. Highly formal, structured writing with consistent sentence lengths and transition words (like "furthermore" or "in conclusion") can score higher even when written by a human. Try varying sentence lengths, adding personal anecdotes, and using more natural connectors.
The most effective changes: (1) Write your introduction and conclusion entirely from scratch. (2) Add at least one personal story or specific example. (3) Replace formal transition words with natural ones. (4) Vary your sentence lengths — mix short and long sentences. Even a few paragraphs of authentic writing can bring your score well below 40%.
Your article is not deleted — it is saved as a draft automatically. You will see a clear explanation of what was detected (AI score and/or keyword violations) with a button to go back and edit. Once you have revised your article, you can resubmit it for publishing.
First-time blocks are simply a warning to revise and resubmit. Repeated violations are logged and reviewed by our moderation team. Accounts with a pattern of intentional policy breaches may be suspended. We always want to support genuine creators — so reach out to our support team if you feel your article was flagged unfairly.
